What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer the following 2 shipping methods:

  1. Home Delivery at a cost.
  2. Free pickup at our store.

What are the payment options available?

You can pay:

  1. Via bank transfer (MCB or SBM)
  2. Cash on Delivery (for specific products only)

How Do I Track My Order?

Simply go to this link and enter your order ID (given to you in your confirmation email) and your email address (used to order with us).

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

We allow you to order without an account (guest checkout). But we do recommend the creation of an account since it will speed up your future orders and allows better management of your orders with us 🙂

How Do I Place an Order?

To place an order, follow the steps below:

  1. Browse through the site and ‘Add to cart’ products that you are interested in buying
  2. Once done, go to your cart (top right on the site)
  3. Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  4. Enter your billing details (and shipping details if shipping to another address)
  5. Select your shipping and payment method.
  6. Click on ‘Place Order’ and you are done !

You will then receive a confirmation email of your order and once payment received on our end, we’ll proceed with the order.

How do I make payment for the items I've ordered?

You can either opt for the ‘cash on delivery’ where you can make a cash payment to our delivery guy or you can do the payment beforehand by MCB Juice transfer.

We offer warranty on various products ranging from our Optoma Projectors to projection screen to our Automatic Hand Sanitizer Dispensers. If you wish to utilize your warranty card, we guarantee to help our customers in all ways possible to resolve any issues being faced (issues covered under warranty). For problems not covered under warranty, we will always try our best to help our customers out!

We are also the official & exclusive distributor of Optoma projectors & our Projection Screen series, making it easy for us to obtain original spare parts. We help our customers diagnose any issue they might encounter and proceed to further assist them whenever a problem has been detected. Our products have been thoroughly researched by our team so that we are able to assist you properly.

Loyalty Program

We are currently establishing a point-based loyalty program specially for our customers and we intend to allow them to basically collect points during their journey with us. The points can then be redeemed in terms of discounts or to buy points-based gadgets that will be available on our ‘Online Sales’ page.
